craving for sushi!! cemas jg gw, blm hamil tp suka pengen makanan yg gk ada disini.. i'll settle for a box of assorted sushi like this hehe.. tp klopun dibawa terbang gw yakin barangnya ud pake topping jamur YIKEZ!!

jd inget, kapan hari janjian ama mbak andri ke sushi tei gk kesampean sampe gw akhirnya kesini.. mm, jadi ada ide klo ke jakarta bakalan ngajakin mbak andri ke sushi tei aaaah.. dulu pernah tuh, gw ma dia ke KAMOME, korean food market di melawai, ada assorted sushi satu box isi 12 harganya 60rb.. ngeliatnya sih jd pengeeen dan mbak andri ngajak patungan utk nyicip.. tapi gw gk liat kapan tu sushi dibuatnya jd males dan qta batal beli deh hehe

kmrn di discovery travel and living ada ada world cafe of ASIA, hostnya bobby cihn yg lg maen ke TOKYO, dia masak tempura dan cold noodle (mbak andri pernah cerita, soba emg populer sbg cold noodle on summer).. nah, si bobby ini bikin salad pake soba, timun, bbrp ingredients laen dan ada sprinkle of IKURA alias telur ikan.. abenk bertanya2 seperti apakah gerangan si jappanese caviar itu?

penjelasan dari wikipedia : "Ikura (いくら) - salmon roe. Large reddish-orange individual spheres. Since salmon eggs are also used as bait, first-time sushi eaters who have experienced fishing may be taken aback when served Ikura. It is a loan word from the Russian, "ikra" (caviar). Roe is the fully ripe egg masses of fish and certain marine animals, such as sea urchins, shrimp and scallop. As a seafood it is used both as a cooked ingredient in many dishes and as a raw ingredient. Caviar is a name for processed, salted roe consumed as a delicacy."

yummy!
